Our client, a respected regional law firm in Kent is seeking a confident and commercially‑minded solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on quality work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with genuine scope for career progression and development.

Responsibilities

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals and assignments
• Secured lending and refinancing
• Agricultural and mixed‑use property (where applicable)

Ideal Candidate

• 2 years PQE+ in Commercial Property (but all levels will be considered)
• A confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
• Able to manage matters from instruction to completion
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
