The Role

You will handle a varied mix of commercial and civil litigation matters, including but not limited to:

• Property litigation
• Shareholder/partnership disputes
• Contentious probate and general civil claims

The role will see you working closely with experienced partners and senior associates, gaining exposure to high-quality, often complex cases, while also enjoying direct client contact.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE (previous litigation seat experience required for Nqs)
• Strong technical skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities
• Ambitious, with a genuine desire to progress and contribute to a highly respected department
