The Role
You will handle a varied mix of commercial and civil litigation matters, including but not limited to:
- Property litigation
- Shareholder/partnership disputes
- Contentious probate and general civil claims
The role will see you working closely with experienced partners and senior associates, gaining exposure to high-quality, often complex cases, while also enjoying direct client contact.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE (previous litigation seat experience required for Nqs)
- Strong technical skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities
- Ambitious, with a genuine desire to progress and contribute to a highly respected department
