Tradify (UK), a high-growth SaaS company, is looking for an energetic and sales-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join their team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and helping them understand how Tradify’s software can improve their trade businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to trialists and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Present and demonstrate Tradify’s software to trialists and potential customers
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • A passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Highly organized, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
