Job Title: ServiceNow HR Pro Implementation Specialist | 6 Months | Remote (UK-based)

You must be a UK resident, currently living in the UK, and eligible to work on government projects

We’re on the lookout for a ServiceNow HR Pro Implementation Specialist to join a high-profile government project on a 6-month contract, starting at the end of March.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Pro… we need a strong ServiceNow HRSD technician.
2. Working closely with a multitude of stakeholders gathering requirements and translating them into workable solutions.
3. Configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules.
4. Post go-live support.
5. Internal training and knowledge sharing within HRSD.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD (HR Pro).
2. A strong understanding of HR Service Delivery workflows and best practices.
3. Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HR modules.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

You must be willing to go to client site as and when required for key meetings/project milestones.
