IT Account Director
Location: Field Based and 1 day at Borehamwood HQ
FTE: Full Time

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales growth targets
- Conduct QBRs and face‑to‑face client meetings
- Create and present technology roadmaps and proposals
- Communicate technology updates and company changes
- Address client queries and act on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate advice
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience engaging and negotiating with C‑level executives
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology plans
- Solid technical understanding of core products and security concepts
- Proven success in exceeding IT and security sales targets
- 5+ years in MSP or similar environment and customer success
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Technical Knowledge
Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Antivirus, EDR, MFA, antispam, security reviews
