Sourcing Controller – Harrow (Hybrid)
£70,000 + bonuses + benefits

A great opportunity for an experienced sourcing/buying professional to lead strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation across key own-label categories.
What you’ll do:
- Own and deliver category sourcing strategy
- Lead supplier negotiations and COGS reduction plans
- Improve service levels and supplier performance
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and manage tenders
- Manage and develop a small team
- Oversee P&L for core buying areas
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years buying experience (retail/wholesale)
- Strong own-label and COGS management background
- Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Confident communicator with leadership experience
