Overview

We are seeking a talented Pensions Sales Consultant to join our Workplace Savings team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office (available in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Chichester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Manchester).

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with internal and external introducers.
  • Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network.
  • Maintain excellent sales pipeline records using the designated recording systems.
  • Generate sales to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage prospect relationships.
  • Contract with customers in line with the business’ standard processes.
  • Generate business opportunities for specialists within other areas of MMB and the wider MMC group.
  • Ensure that all business you are responsible for meets the quality standards required by the Company.
  • Invest time and energy in your personal development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role.
  • Ideally qualified to a minimum of QCF2 and working toward QCF4.
  • Proven track record of new business generation.
