What you'll do

• Manage CCA submissions (Checks, Challenges, Appeals)
• Advise on valuation & strategy
• Lead retail inspections & caseloads
• Build strong client relationships & spot new opportunities

What you’ll bring

• Proven business rates experience (retail focus)
• Commercial property knowledge
