As a Health & Safety Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our Zero Harm ambition across a diverse and rapidly growing portfolio. You’ll influence, drive and embed HSE strategy, ensuring that preventing harm is a positive lever for business performance and sustainable growth.
Reporting into the Central HSE team, that is part of the Chief People Office, you’ll work across the full project lifecycle, from design and early development through to delivery and operations. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across engineering, construction and operations, as well as external partners, regulators and industry bodies, shaping best practice and strengthening our safety culture.
You’ll travel across the UK and Ireland to support projects, stakeholders and the wider HSE community.

Location: Working on a Hybrid basis from one of our offices, London, Edinburgh or Durham. We\'re proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, meaning you can work comfortably from home with our offices as your base location.
