Chief Engineer – Oil/Chemical (Advanced IGF/French Speaking)

Northern Marine Manning Services is currently recruiting experienced Oil/Chemical Chief Engineer with IGF tonnage experience to join our fleet. Candidates should be RIF accredited or fluent in French.

Experience Required:

You must have at least 12 months of sea service as Chief Engineer on an Oil/Chemical Tanker. Experience on IGF tonnage is required, as well as a valid Advanced IGF COP. Fluency in French or NP1 certification is essential.

• Medical First Aid
• Safety Officer
• STCW Advanced MN Fire Fighting
• STCW Elementary First Aid
• STCW Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
• STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
• STCW Personal Survival Techniques
• STCW Prof. in Adv Chemical Tanker Cargo Ops
• STCW Prof. in Adv Oil Tanker Cargo Ops
• STCW Prof. in Basic Oil and Chemical Tanker and Cargo Ops
• STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat
• STCW Seafarers with Designated Security Duties
