Working within the SRE Release Engineering team, you'll contribute across Kaluza's software development lifecycle. Your focus will be on developing engineering solutions that enable our software teams to frequently deploy the highest quality code for our clients. You will enhance engineering productivity by optimising testing, deploy and release processes for all Kaluza engineering teams.

We are going through a period of significant evolution which is exciting and with it brings lots of opportunity and challenging work, which is not for everyone. To be successful in this role, you will be excellent at operating in ambiguous, changing environments, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously and get enjoyment from making the complex, simple.
Initial call with our Talent Acquisition team (30 minutes)
This short call is designed to tell you more about Kaluza and the specific team you’ll be joining, as well as to ensure that the role is the right fit for you
First stage interview (1 hour minutes)
This interview will be with a hiring manager from one of our engineering teams, this interview will cover both mindset and technical questions. We will also incorporate a 15 coding exercise, so have your screen ready to do some coding.
Final Interview Loop (3 hours)
Three hours sounds like a long time, but we don’t expect all of these to be completed across one day, but we can support that if you so wish, the three sessions cover the following:
