Overview

Key Account Manager – Premium Spirits – London – Up to £60,000 plus benefits

Are you an experienced luxury account manager looking to grow your career? This role is with a well known and highly reputable spirits portfolio business that operates nationally and offers a diverse range of specialist spirits. The position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients within the beverage industry, driving sales, expanding market share, and enhancing the prestige of the brand portfolio across London.

Key accounts include luxury venues such as the Savoy, Rosewood, Harrods, Selfridges, and other premium locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the luxury beverage sector.
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote premium drink brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, distribution, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional network.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in the prestige and luxury drinks space across London, with experience in venues such as Rosewood, Savoy, and Harrods.
• Self-starter with drive to succeed; strong understanding of the Hospitality sector is required.
• Proven track record in delivering growth across On & Off trade specialist channels.
• Customer-focused approach to account management with a goal to exceed expectations.
• Strong self-management and motivation; assertive in approach.
• Ability to negotiate, deliver training, and competently explain an alcoholic product range.
• Must be able to drive.
