Plexus are working with a London-based Trading Operation on the Solana blockchain, currently scaling after raising $8m USD in seed funding.

They are looking for a Marketing Lead to join their growing team and scale all marketing efforts 0-1. Details as follows:

Scale marketing 0-1, encompassing Brand, Socials and Campaign marketing
Lead GTM strategy for upcoming TGE (scheduled for 2026)
Grow and develop marketing function from scratch, onboarding relevant external vendors, agencies or hiring inhouse

Must be from a DeFi marketing background (DeFi Protocol, Trading, L1 or L2)
Experience scaling marketing functions 01 for early stage teams and brands
Experienced developing GTM campaigns, social media marketing + content writing/development
Global remote opportunity, work from anywhere, all-year round
Revenue share options in addition to salary (+token allocation)
Flexible B2B/1099 contract agreement + payment options (fiat or stablecoin)
