Technical Sales Manager – Automotive & Electronics Division | UK & Northern Europe

Have you sold coatings, films, sealants, adhesives or surface protection chemicals into the Electronics or Automotive OEMs?

An international manufacturer of industrial coatings & sealants – trusted in Defence, Aviation, Utilities, Electronics and Automotive – is growing its European team.

With operations across APAC, the US and Europe, and a portfolio of recognised global brands, this is a chance to join a company with real momentum.

The Role

Working from home and in the field, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth in the Electronics & Automotive sectors across the UK, Nordics, Benelux and the Baltics.

• Manage a sales territory that includes the UK, Nordics, Benelux and the Baltics.
• Sell specialist conformal coatings to end‑user clients in the Electronics & Automotive sector.
• Support and develop relationships with distributors.
• Cover the UK, Nordics, Baltics & Benelux (home‑based in the UK, 3 days a week on the road).
• Report directly to the European Sales Manager.

You’ll be supported by an international marketing team, industry‑leading brands, and a strong presence at global exhibitions & conferences.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven field sales experience in coatings, films, sealants, adhesives or surface protection chemicals into the Electronics and/or Automotive sector.
• Strong relationship‑builder with a commercial mindset.
• Experience of selling to end‑user clients.
• Experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
