We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities on renewable energy projects across the London region. This hands-on role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the seamless execution of site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site Operations & Maintenance activities, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and HSE protocols.
- Collaborate closely with internal field technicians and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and site support.
- Monitor project progress, resource planning, and scheduling. Proactively manage and mitigate risks or delays.
- Serve as the key liaison between the site and head office, ensuring consistent communication and updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations and company procedures.
- Produce regular performance updates, reports, and compliance documentation for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement operational efficiency initiatives across the site.
Required Skills
- Previous experience supervising on-site operations, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of O&M workflows, safety regulations, and contractor management.
- Proven track record of working with subcontractors and managing site activities across multiple disciplines.
- Solid organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead on-site teams effectively.
- Strong HSE knowledge and ability to enforce safety compliance.
- UK work authorization and availability to travel locally as needed.
