Love all things digital? Obsessed with social ads, data, and spotting growth opportunities? My retail client is looking for a Paid Social & Affiliates Executive to join their team and help them supercharge our performance marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

Running and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, + more)
Growing their affiliate network and building strong partner relationships
Diving into campaign data to find insights and boost ROI
Working with their creative and content teams to bring ideas to life
Keeping on top of the latest trends in paid social + affiliates

What we’d love from you:

1–2 years’ experience in paid social and/or affiliate marketing
A head for numbers and an eye for detail
Curiosity, creativity, and confidence to test and try new ideas
Great communication skills for working with partners + teammates
Real ownership from day one
A growing team where your ideas actually get heard
Space to learn, experiment, and develop your skills
