Territory Sales Manager – South West UK (Ophthalmology)

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and grow sales across the South West territory.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in secondary care, GP practices, and dispensaries.
- Deliver product training and support to customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand reach and drive territory performance.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience managing a successful territory in medical devices
- Ideally, experience of secondary care, Dispensaries or GPs
- Science graduate (life sciences, biomedical, pharmacy, or similar).
- Ideally ABPI qualified or working towards certification.
- Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about healthcare and patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute and results-oriented.
