- At least 6 months’ experience in tech recruitment (360 or strong 180)
- Someone commercially minded who understands how to build relationships, not just fill roles
- Comfortable working with data to improve performance — not afraid of numbers, but not ruled by them
- A team player who wants to grow alongside the business
