Overview

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity, with strong potential to convert to a permanent position within 6–12 months, depending on business needs and performance. The role is based in London’s West End, in-office five days a week, and supports middle and back-office functions for a boutique financial services organisation with a global footprint.

You’ll be working alongside a peer group of high-performing professionals who deliver a best-in-class HR service. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle, including critical year-end processes, and will take ownership of additional strategic projects as they arise.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong track record in financial services, ideally within progressive, people-first HR teams. This is a director-level, individual contributor role, offering significant scope to influence and lead within your domain.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle for middle and back-office functions
  • Manage critical year-end processes
  • Take ownership of additional strategic HR projects as they arise
  • Collaborate with a peer group to deliver a best-in-class HR service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Direct, senior HR generalist experience in financial services
  • Proven track record in progressive, people-first HR teams
  • Director-level individual contributor capabilities with the ability to influence and lead
