Chatbot Consultant | UK Remote | Permanent Role

Peaple Talent has partnered with a consultancy client based in the South West who are looking to hire a critical consultant for the next phase of growth. They have introduced a new service line providing chatbot solutions to their customers, predominantly in the call center/customer service sector, and need a chatbot specialist to continue to deliver this work.

You will be a chatbot SME with a broad responsibility across presales, integration and customer success of their chatbot solution.

The technical element of this role will be around integrating the solution into customers systems, where you will need a proven background of working with REST APIs to deliver this.

  • Conversational AI experience – Omnichannel
  • Omilia OCP/Ultimate AI
  • Conversational Design
  • Emotional Intelligence in AI
  • Data Analytics and ROI Mapping
  • REST APIs / Postman / JSON
  • Understanding of AI decision making with relation to ethics and transparency
