Responsibilities:

Building and managing an engaged network of senior candidates within the Marketing and sales industries
Conducting senior-level searches and market maps
Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
Managing complex negotiations
Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
This role is not responsible for work origination

Demonstrated success in delivering against large individual revenue targets
You have successfully delivered on senior-level searches
Come from a 360 recruitment background
Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
