TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATOR/S – DAGENHAM

Requirements:
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Ability to work independently or within a small team.
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Experience using handheld power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
The job:
- Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
- Working within a small team.
- Customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction.
- Company van, mobile iPad provided.
- Vehicle checks.
