• Executive search consultants or exceptional quality contingent background seeking a step up in your career
• Perhaps somebody that's had a successful search career to date, but is looking for something different that will give you a true team mentality where everybody strives to contribute and support all project activities within the business.
• As a successful executive search consultant, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like...We need a strong track-record of making successful relationships, networking and confidence win business and to build strong relationships
• Characters we are looking to talk with will have a team outlook, solutions focused & highly pro-active outlook. Self awareness, drive, resilience and high EQ will be innate to your mindset.

Salary base is genuinely open to discussion to 60kand incentivised with bonus and the fact that this is quite a unique environment to come into.
