Electronic Engineer – High Wycombe – £65,000 – Consumer Electronics

I’m working with an innovative technology business in High Wycombe to recruit an experienced Electronic Engineer to join their growing R&D team.

If you enjoy hands‑on design, problem‑solving, and seeing products through from concept to production, this is a great opportunity.

The Role

• Design electronic circuits, schematics, and PCBs
• Develop products including DALI drivers, BLE devices, sensors, PoE switches, and control modules
• Test, troubleshoot, and verify new products and firmware
• Prepare BOMs, wiring diagrams, production packs, and test specs
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with software, suppliers, and manufacturing teams

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in electronic circuit design and PCB development
• Strong testing, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of industry compliance standards
• Good communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering (degree, HND, BTEC, or apprenticeship)
• 25 days holiday
• Pension
