• Proven Automotive Sales Executive background (minimum threshold requirement)
• Strong financial and commercial understanding
• Outstanding work ethic with the ability to lead from the front
• Experience inspiring and motivating colleagues to exceed their potential
• Track record of driving finance and add-on performance
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals

Preferred Background

• High-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager experience
