Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and support multiple transformation projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  2. Act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions to provide actionable financial insights and drive decision-making.
  3. Help to upskill and develop the existing FP&A team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  4. Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  5. Support the integration of financial processes and reporting between the acquired and parent company systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in an FP&A or financial management role within a complex, fast-paced organization; exposure to private equity or listed environments is advantageous.
  2. Strong track record of leading or supporting transformation projects, including system changes and integrations.
  3. Exceptional business partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, driving improvements in processes and team performance.
  5. Must have extensive experience with Private Equity backed SaaS businesses.
