Overview

Multi-Skilled Crane Engineer role with RHC Lifting Limited, part of the WH Scott Group. The company is a market leader in lifting equipment and delivers innovative solutions and service across the South East.

As part of the WH Scott Group, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled / Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend breakdowns, perform servicing, testing, and commissioning of overhead gantry cranes and associated lifting equipment.
  • Support the installation of lifting equipment for a variety of customers across the South East.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Electrical engineering expertise with a solid understanding of three-phase control systems.
  • Mechanical experience with medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes, and reduction gearboxes.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and inverter control systems (desirable but not essential).
  • A valid driving license and a willingness to travel (approximately 25% travel required).

  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
