Join to apply for the Insurance Claims Practice Leader role at Utility Warehouse. Hello, we're UW. We’re on a mission to take the headache out of utilities by providing them all in one place. One bill for energy, broadband, mobile and insurance and a whole lot of savings! We’re aiming to double in size as we help more people to stop wasting time and money. Big ambitions, to be delivered by people like you.
UWI is Gibraltar’s most recently authorised Insurer, owned by Utility Warehouse. We’re on a mission to offer great value Insurance, focussed primarily on owner-occupiers residing in the UK. We've been trading for about 18 months and already operating at financial breakeven, and we’re poised for substantial growth over the years ahead. You can find out more about our insurance products here.
We’re looking for an extraordinary claims specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO for UWI. This is a newly created role to be instrumental in delivering an outstanding claims proposition, managing claim handling providers and solving insights from complaints to drive target outcomes on our insurance portfolio.
You'll report directly to the CEO for UWI and you'll be working with colleagues across the Utility Warehouse insurance team, both in the UK and Gibraltar, to deliver a best in class proposition. You'll manage external relationships with our Claims Handlers.
This role is based in the UK and will require regular travel to our London offices and occasional travel to Gibraltar for UWI meetings. Our preference is for hybrid working but we're open to discussing a flexible remote working arrangement.
