About the Role
Emporium Restaurant is seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive & Virtual Event Planner to strengthen our online presence and deliver engaging virtual and digital-led events. This hybrid role combines digital marketing strategy with event planning and coordination, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement, and increased bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and email platforms
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, promotions, and event announcements
- Manage and maintain social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate online promotions, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising campaigns
Virtual Event Planning
- Plan and deliver virtual events, online promotions, and live-streamed experiences (e.g., cooking demonstrations, cultural events, product launches)
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, digital platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, social media live), and event assets
- Manage event registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
- Ensure smooth technical setup and execution of virtual events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or event planning
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or event platforms
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of branding, design principles, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
