As an Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Qodea, you will be the primary technical voice in our pre-sales engagements. This is a crucial role where you will partner closely with our commercial team to drive sales and develop world-class solutions for our customers. You will act as a bridge between our clients' technical challenges and Qodea's innovative solutions, shaping the right cloud architecture across Infrastructure, Security, Data, and AI to ensure customer success and accelerate sales cycles.
We really value in-person collaboration, so we expect you to spend at least 60% of your time on-site, at our company offices or at a client site.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary technical voice in pre-sales engagements; partner with the commercial team to drive revenue through technical guidance and solution development
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to discuss technical strategies, becoming a trusted advisor
- Translate complex technical requirements related to infrastructure, security, data, or AI into clear business outcomes for technical and non-technical audiences
- Assist in architecting and designing high-level cloud solutions that integrate Qodea's platform, addressing customer needs and enabling migration and modernisation
- Support sales acceleration by identifying and overcoming technical objections, assisting in proofs-of-concept, and providing technical validation
- Act as a liaison between the pre-sales process and Qodea's internal SMEs to support complex deal cycles
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering support role within a software or cloud services environment
- Familiarity with a major public cloud platform; ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with infrastructure, application modernisation, and data services. A professional Google Cloud certification is a plus. Alternatively, AWS experience with willingness to learn Google Cloud
- Clear communication skills to present technical concepts and build relationships with technical leaders
- Commercial awareness to connect technical solutions with business value
- Team player with eagerness to collaborate with commercial colleagues
- Strong problem-solving ability to understand customer needs and contribute to developing solutions
