Senior Producer – Global Brand Experience Agency

What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end production across experiences, content and live activations
- Scope, schedule, resource and manage budgets with precision
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and suppliers with clear, effective ways of working
- Act as a senior partner to clients and internal teams
- Shape pitch responses and proposals, balancing creativity with commercial rigour
- Spot risks early and protect quality, safety and cost
- Mentor junior team members and help evolve workflows and tools
What you bring
- 5+ years in a senior production role within a creative/experiential/integrated agency
- Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-channel projects
- Deep understanding of the production lifecycle
- Experience leading teams and managing suppliers
- Strong commercial judgement
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
