What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled and straightforward communicator who can bring fresh ideas to architectural and engineering functions
- A passionate leader in the construction and development industry with strong experience in the sector
- Someone who thrives working cross-functionally to achieve great outcomes while supporting and motivating their team
- A problem solver with a proactive, positive approach
- Ideally, an Engineering background
- Minimum of 8 years working for a UK developer
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in planning or a postgraduate qualification, with eligibility for Royal Town Planning Institute membership
- Up-to-date knowledge of building legislation and experience with partnership agreements
- Strong understanding of planning issues and processes
