Overview
At Samphire, we’re building the world’s first brain stimulation therapies designed specifically for women’s chronic pain and hormonal health. Our first product, Nettle, is a wearable neurotechnology for PMS, PMDD, and endometriosis; and we’re just getting started. Our Samphire app unites Nettle users, as well as all women living with cycles and chronic conditions linked to them, and allows women to understand their wellbeing through a brain lens.
What You’ll Do
- Growth Marketing
- Own performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Launch growth experiments and identify scalable channels for acquisition.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships to amplify reach.
- Content & Storytelling
- Lead content creation across newsletters, blogs, email flows, and website.
- Shape brand narratives that make neurotechnology and women’s health science accessible, engaging, and trustworthy.
- Social & Community
- Oversee social media strategy (with day-to-day execution by a dedicated Social Media Manager).
- Drive community engagement through events, partnerships, and interactive campaigns.
- Brand Experience
- Ensure consistent, creative, and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate on campaign and creative development that reflects Samphire’s mission.
- Track and report on performance metrics across all growth channels.
- Share insights and iterate quickly to drive continuous improvement.
- Work at the intersection of neuroscience, women’s health, and consumer design.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and clinical teams to align marketing with business goals.
Who you are
- 2–3+ years in content and growth marketing (non-negotiable).
- Startup experience highly valued (but not essential).
- Strong content-first mindset: storytelling, clarity, and execution over vanity creative.
- Passion (but experience not necessary) for women’s health, brain health, neuroscience and mission-driven work.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments; we move fast for women everywhere, unapologetically.
- A strong communicator, proactive, analytical, and an excellent project manager.
- Enjoys team culture and socials; comfortable working in-office in central London 4 days per week.
- Passion for inclusive, empathetic, and evidence-based design.
- Comfortable in ambiguity; energised by building a one-of-a-kind experience.
