Digital Marketing and Web Manager
Location: Reading
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 depending on experience plus bonus plus benefits

Main duties:
- Managing the website and its contents
The Role:
- Drive revenue and brand awareness through e-commerce stores across Europe
- Monitor sales strategies, KPIs, and marketing performance
- Forecast sales performance to ensure stock availability
- Identify and create opportunities to increase web traffic
- Ensure all aspects of the website are functioning properly (e.g., payment gateways, AI chatbots)
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in one or more European languages (preferred)
- Previous experience in e-commerce
- Experience with digital advertising tools
- Knowledge of web development languages
- Strong data visualization and analytical skills
