Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Client Advisor to join its thriving Classic Leisurewear department in London, Knightsbridge. The Client Advisor’s role is to deliver a top-tier luxury customer experience. You will provide exceptional and personalised service, creating a customer-first environment developing and nurturing long-lasting relationships. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. As the new Client Advisor you will work 37.5 hours a week.

About the role…

As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

  • Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, stay aware of competitors, and keep up with fashion trends and styling.
  • Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable clientelling led customer experiences
  • Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
