Senior Account Manager – House Sales

• Have a minimum of 15 years experience in managing developments and volume house sales
• Track record of identifying, planning and delivering medium to large housing developments
• Understand the planning process and be proficient at achieving planning
• Experience of managing sales team to achieve sales turnover
• Proficient at financial planning with a track record of delivering profitable development projects
• Have a driving licence and be happy to travel
