Location and Legalities
This full-time Social Media Manager position is based onsite in our brand-new Ultralytics office in London, UK, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship.
What You\'ll Do
As a Social Media Manager at Ultralytics, you will own our digital voice and drive our community engagement strategy. You will be responsible for bringing our cutting-edge AI solutions to a global audience. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our audience and enhance engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality, original content (including text, images, and videos) that showcases our Ultralytics YOLO models, Ultralytics HUB, and the latest advancements in vision AI.
- Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce visually stunning graphics and videos that align with our brand identity.
- Monitoring and engaging with our community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster a positive and active user base.
- Analyzing social media metrics using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to track performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing our strategy.
- Collaborating with our engineering and marketing teams to create content for product launches, events, and major announcements from our blog.
- Staying at the forefront of social media trends, new platform features, and the competitive AI landscape to ensure Ultralytics remains a leading voice in the industry.
Your strategic vision and creative expertise will be essential in supporting Ultralytics\' mission of delivering top-tier machine learning tools and models to the community.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the AI, deep learning, or B2D (Business-to-Developer) tech industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in creating content for and managing professional accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic adjustments.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a talent for making complex technical topics like object detection and instance segmentation accessible and exciting.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
