- Designing and leading workshops with senior client stakeholders
- Work with clients to implement best in class creative processes
- Develop compelling ad concepts for paid-media (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap)
- Write briefs for content creators
- Establish testing frameworks for our clients to incrementally make their ad concepts better
- Analyse performance data to refine and optimise strategies over time.
- Comfortable working with data & liaising with media managers to draw creative answers
- Serve as the main creative liaison for client communication and presentations.
Skills and experience
- Min four years experience.
- A strong portfolio of work including examples across Meta and TikTok.
- Deep understanding of best practices for creating paid-media ads.
- Performance mindset, with ability to use on/off platform metrics as signals to inform your work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
