Luxury Travel Designer

As a Travel Designer, you will be responsible for researching and curating outstanding luxury travel experiences. Collaborating with a dynamic, high-performance team, you will create innovative and bespoke itineraries for UHNW/HNW clients, ensuring every aspect is meticulously planned, documented, and executed.

The Impact You’ll Create

  • Design inventive and pioneering experiences, pushing the boundaries of luxury travel.
  • Utilise your ambitious sales drive to accelerate business growth through strong individual and team performance.
  • Champion sustainability in the travel industry, incorporating environmental and social responsibility into the experiences you design.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research and curate bespoke itineraries for HNW and UHNWIs that transform perspectives on the world and our impact on the planet.
  • Build close relationships with clients to support their long-term travel plans, delivering exceptional customer service with high attention to detail.
  • Take full responsibility for project logistics, including itineraries, contingencies, safety procedures, consultants, and relevant third parties.
  • Work alongside senior colleagues and the marketing team to create innovative itineraries for marketing and PR campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

You are a high-impact professional with over two years of experience in a travel or luxury role. You understand how to balance creativity and vision with discipline. Your mindset is proactive, resourceful, and relentlessly curious.
