Membership Director

Director of Member Relations (FTC 9–12 Months Maternity Cover)

Location: London (Hybrid) | Salary: Up to £125K

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading membership organisation for an experienced Director of Member Relations to cover a 9–12 month maternity leave. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving member engagement, retention and strategic relationship management across a high‑profile financial services membership base.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and developing the Member Relations team
• Driving retention and growth across major financial services members
• Owning the Relationship Management strategy and approach
• Providing insight, analysis and reporting to senior leadership
• Overseeing membership renewals and member satisfaction initiatives

About You

• Experience within a financial services membership organisation is essential
• Proven leadership capability and ability to inspire high‑performing teams
• Commercially astute, member‑focused and strategic in approach
