What You’ll Recruit Into

You will specialise in advanced data and intelligence roles including:

• Data Engineering & Architecture
• Data Science & Machine Learning
• AI & Automation

These roles sit within enterprise, consulting and highly regulated environments, where data is business-critical and hiring is strategic.

The Role

As a senior consultant, you will:

• Own and grow a specialist Data & AI desk
• Deliver high-value permanent and/or contract recruitment
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across key accounts
• Build and maintain deep candidate networks across niche skill sets
• Mentor junior consultants as the desk scales
• Drive new business and expand existing client relationships

What They’re Looking For

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a strong billing track record
• Background in data, analytics, AI or technology recruitment
• Comfortable operating in a consultative, senior-stakeholder environment
• Commercially driven and motivated by building a high-value market
• Able to work in London 3 days per week
