We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with 3+ years’ post qualification experience. Based in our vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you’ll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.

  • MCIAT chartership (preferable but not essential).
  • 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
  • Demonstrable software skills, particularly proficiency in the use of Revit and NBS Chorus.
  • Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
  • Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
  • Experience and understanding of construction detailing, UK statutory building regulations and planning policy.
  • Outstanding communication skills and demonstrable presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player with strong self-motivation, effective people management, delegation, and influencing skills.
  • Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
