Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.

Onboarding

- Manage, align & work with pod members: Google strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity across Statlas.
- Execute Prophet system for clients.
- Build Growth Forecast and Growth Map using Prophet System.
- Data analysis required for the map, marketing calendar alignment and upkeep.
- Daily execution and actualisation vs the forecast.
- Make tactical deconstructions, adjust to meet KPIs.
- Develop strategic plans for the future, pivot early adopters.
- Take a lead in situations that present obstacles to execution.
- Insatiable curiosity, never leave a problem alone until potential solutions are found.
- Responsible for the implementation of CTC's Meta best practices.
- Build campaigns using structure and best practices.
- Maintain ideologies and processes throughout the account.
- Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily projected targets.
- Implement tests to beat best-performing campaigns.
Ensuring Quality Work
- Within 5% Delta to forecast.
- Daily alignment with client vs forecast & strategy.
- Client satisfaction rate above benchmark.
- Prophet system execution to 100% within timeline.
- Deliver work based on timeline with optimal quality.
Client Communication
- Champion communication, align on Growth Map goals.
- Send daily performance updates to client.
- Ensure alignment across strategy and forecast daily.
- Provide weekly updates on weekly strategy call.
Contributing Back
- Contribute learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate in ideas and learning across teams.
- Help produce future company content.
Communication Skills
- Fluent in English with persuasive communication and clear presentations.

- Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. Report directly to Joy Sharma.
Orientation

- Third month: $7,000 a month (average)
- 1st year: $64,000 – $76,000
- 2nd year: $100,000 – $120,000
