At Thatcham Research the data products we deliver really make a difference. From providing our insurer members with research intelligence into how an emerging piece of new vehicle technology may reduce accidents, to providing our repair customers with training and information enabling safe, sustainable, repair to return vehicles back to pre‑accident condition. This Product Owner role sits within the Insurance vertical and will ensure the vision, roadmap and the developments contained within it all drive increased benefit and value to our customers, whilst remaining aligned to the product strategy.

You’ll join an established team who work closely with our customers to understand their evolving needs. Once settled in the role, you’ll be responsible for managing the annual product development roadmap for a designated product set for the Insurance vertical. As the ‘product expert’ within the business, you’ll be empowered to make decisions impacting product, customer requirements and expectations, with guidance and support from the Product Managers.

Working Hours

Our standard working hours are 8:30‑16:30 Monday‑Thursday, early finish on Friday 8:30‑15:45 (Talk to us about flexible working if this doesn’t quite suit you – we take work‑life balance seriously!)

Hybrid Working

We understand the benefits of remote and in‑person collaboration and therefore have a hybrid working model – you’ll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least two days per week.
