Your role

As part of our Nuclear New Build business, our Project Delivery Capability team specialises in taking on complex engineering projects and opportunities across the board, from technical leadership to project management. Our projects are on a global scale with opportunities across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, across both the Large Civil Nuclear market and the emerging New Nuclear Technologies market. Working as a Senior Project Manager you will be supervising projects in accordance with our company’s procedures and culture. We recruit primarily in the Bristol and Epsom locations, where you will support Hinkley Point C, Small Modular Reactor programme, Sizewell C and UKAEA projects. Expect travel to client sites across the UK as required.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic, self‑starting individuals who thrive on adapting and using a combination of best practice project management and exceptional people management skills to identify challenges and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver multi‑million‑pound projects.
• Be accountable for the financial performance of the project with strong experience of change control, risk, and cost management.
• Comprehend and respond to enquiries whilst managing the preparation of bids across a range of expertise.

Ideally You Are

• Excellent communicative skills and motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.
• Adamant on new challenges and keen to learn, whilst also wanting to support others within our multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Capable of successfully managing the commercial and quality performance of projects and proactively deploying a range of techniques to control delivery, cost, manage risk and change.
• Competent with a range of PM tools such as MS Project, Online Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
