Major Incident Manager | Manchester (Hybrid)
Join a leading managed services provider who are looking to hire an experienced Major Incident Manager to join their Operational Support Centre in Manchester.
The role
You’ll take full ownership of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, driving them from initial detection through to resolution. This includes coordinating internal teams, communicating clearly with customers and senior stakeholders, and ensuring service impact is kept to a minimum.
What’s on offer
- Salary up to £45,000 (DOE)
- On-call rota 1 in 4 with £250 per week allowance

- Background within an MSP or external customer-facing environment
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders
