About Us

Digital and Technology Services (DTS) designs, builds and runs the digital services of HMCTS. These services are used by people at vulnerable times. It’s important work, and it’s not easy.

Our responsibilities include supporting, managing and developing digital services, and making sure they are legislatively compliant and fit‑for‑purpose. We work closely with operational teams, MoJ Justice Digital and external suppliers to support the business, keeping the needs of the users at heart.

Our mission is to enable swift access to justice through our digital services. We aim to foster an environment that empowers colleagues, encourages accountability, welcomes measured risks and values the ability to say no when needed.
