As Lead Customer Contracts Manager, you will head up our Contract Management team and ensure smooth delivery of customer contracts from order to completion. You will be the go‑to escalation point for live contracts and deputise for the Head of Customer Contracts when needed. You will work cross‑functionally to maintain customer satisfaction, manage contract specifications, and support key factory processes and customer visits.
We are seeking a commercially astute leader with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer experience. You will bring experience in contract management within a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team while working under pressure. You will be confident navigating complex contracts and collaborating across departments to meet customer expectations.
