A leading insurance provider is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join its established Risk & Compliance team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic compliance professional with experience across both prudential and conduct regulation, looking to contribute to meaningful change in a high-profile role.

As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory strategy and safeguarding the business through proactive oversight and engagement with UK regulators, particularly the PRA and FCA.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across all three lines of defence, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. The position also offers exposure to group-level compliance functions across a broader international business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on prudential regulatory matters and act as primary liaison with the PRA.
• Support the firm’s SMCR framework and regulatory change agenda.
• Contribute to compliance strategy, horizon scanning, and risk-based assessments.
• Deliver timely, pragmatic guidance to internal teams across investments and corporate functions.
• Foster strong working relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Direct engagement with both FCA conduct rules and PRA regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and a commitment to high standards of governance.
